Frances Wadsley is a Project Manager for the Exeter and East Devon Enterprise Zone, responsible for implementing Simplified Planning on the sites.
As an MRTPI Chartered Town Planner with almost 20 years planning experience, Frances heads up the development of Exeter and East Devon Enterprise Zone. She previously worked at Taunton Deane Borough Council as a planning officer with the Major Projects Team.
