Power Park is an 8 hectare development site which benefits from simplified planning in the form of a Local Development Order.  Under the Order the site has permitted development rights for up to 26,000 sqm of employment space.

£4.5m has been invested into Long Lane to enable improved access and a direct bus linking to nearby towns and the city of Exeter.
