There are four sites in the Exeter and East Devon Enterprise Zone: Exeter Science Park, Skypark, Power Park and Cranbrook town centre. They offer a variety of commercial space including office, workshop, laboratory, distribution and retail.
We also offer ‘build to suit’ options designed specifically for your requirements. A number of our businesses have combined a diverse portfolio of office, workshop or manufacturing space to one dedicated premises. The sites will soon benefit from simplified planning through Local Development Orders (LDO) to fast-track development. Currently, Power Park development can be fast-tracked through its own LDO.
It is strategically located with excellent transport links on the edge of the vibrant city of Exeter. It is nestled within Devon’s outstanding countryside and close to the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site recognised for its outstanding rocks, fossils and landforms. From start-ups to corporate headquarters, the Zone is the perfect place for businesses to flourish.
EEDEZ is surrounded by stunning natural spaces, with Cranbrook Country Park and Minerva Country Park already offering easy access to green, open landscapes within the Clyst Valley Regional Park. From next year, this network of countryside will expand even further with the opening of Clyst Meadows — a new 25-acre nature-rich space within walking distance of Skypark. Designed to be welcoming and accessible for everyone, Clyst Meadows will feature wild meadows, hedgerows, scrubby woodland, and veteran oak trees supporting nesting birds, bats, and insects such as the striking wasp spider. In future, the site will also provide new walking and cycling routes, including the first section of a shared trail linking Station Road and Mosshayne Lane — forming part of a future Cranbrook to Exeter cycleway.
